Does anyone have a recommendation for a lifepo charger that doesn't spew RFI? The one I have puts out an S3 of noise on 10m and a S9 on 20m.

It is a HTRC Smart charger in case you want to avoid it. I sat down to do some hunting over coffee while my battery charged and I can't hear anyone on 20m

Ok, that should be good enough. Here's the project, chirp-convert.

The ability to convert chirp CSV files to use with the N76/UV Pro's HT app works for me. It handles offsets and CTCSS tones. I haven't implemented DCS yet.

I deleted the python package and made a crate in anger.

I was attempting to package up some Python code that I hacked together to convert Chirp CSV to the RT3S CPS's format and to the CSV format that the UV Pro's HT uses.

After porting that code to Rust's serde library, I'm never using pydantic again. serde is so much better thought out.
