Thanks to @proedie and @SandraSchink we have now learned that the first second sentence available is allowed, even if it is not on #page42 . So here we go:
"The others all agree that he was the son of Execestides, a man whose personal wealth and influence in Athens were modest enough, but who belonged to its most distinguished family, since he traced his decent from Codrus, one of the ancient kings of Attica."

"There are 3 key issues that I see with the state of the internet today: commercialization, government overreach, and centralization", says @nwalfield of Sequoia PGP.
The project is a set of tools for encryption and authentication based on interoperable standards. It aims to expand and vitalize the OpenPGP ecosystem.
"It can help protect personal data from surveillance capitalism and government overreach when integrated into applications."

We need chips we can trust, says Jean-Paul Chaput, lead architect of the Coriolis Open EDA (Electronics Design Automation) project.
The entire internet, from infrastructure to algorithms, relies on chips. But most of them are black boxes.
The open hardware movement, especially the RISC-V endeavor, started to address those issues. Still, they need an Open EDA to guarantee that what you get on silicon is what you specified.

"The chip design industry is dominated by proprietary tools with costly licenses, making access difficult for small companies & students", says Carlos Ruiz Naranjo of TerosHDL.
"To overcome this dependency on proprietary actors, the #openhardware movement is trying to design a fully open workflow for creating low-level hardware. TerosHDL offers a unified interface for over 25 open source tools, including simulators & HDL synthesis tools.

"Movements to ban cryptography are a huge threat to safety online, as are more visible issues like censorship, misinformation, and surveillance capitalism through online tracking", says @kora of @rosenpass
Rosenpass, a post quantum security add-on for WireGuard, is at its heart a future-proofing infrastructure project. "We are working to ensure that existing security technology will keep working as computers get faster."

Centralization of infrastructure, control, and power makes it difficult to run a website independent of the few gigantic internet companies, says Michał @rysiek Woźniak in an interview.
His project LibResilient is a tool that allows a website to stay up and accessible to returning visitors even if the original site is down for whatever reason, without relying on centralized internet gatekeepers.

"One of the main problems of today's internet is users & their data being treated as raw material to be exploited, rather than as people with sensitive information to be served & protected", says Morgan from Blueprint for Free Speech.
"Ricochet-Refresh is an anonymous, end-to-end encrypted, peer-to-peer & metadata-resistant instant messaging client. There are no servers to seize and no organizations to subpoena. Users control their data entirely."

PyCM evaluates the performance of machine learning algorithms.
With the emergence of AI, the internet is on a historic edge. OpenAI & other big companies are in a crazy tournament to serve “the best” LLM over the internet through APIs. Evaluating these LLMs is hard due to the complexity of evaluating models on different tasks & aggregation.
