To all lovers of UNIX and privacy. I launch my first "No-Gafam" blocklist compatible with OpenSnitch !

No trackers, microsoft, facebook, google calls, scams... all in one ready-to-use list. Make internet less trash.

An install script is available to make life easier. Feeds are updated every hour. I added what I thought was relevant to me and I use it myself at the moment ;)

I would like to have some feedback from the community on hardening on Archlinux, I tried to implement mitigation measures on my daily machine

firewalld (strict)

AppArmor (max possible)

Firejail (all apps)

Wireguard VPN (to proton with autoconnect)

Custom DNS

Double VPN encapsulation for Librewolf

Extensions

Disk encryption

Flatseal

Any ideas of what else can be done without affecting normal use ?

I'm sure I missed something :)

The news is a bit dated. But I just found out that Funtoo Linux was shutting down, it's a real shame, I read that the project won't have a new maintainer... I hope that new projects like this can emerge, systems that are rare in their qualities and philosophy.

Thank you for bringing this project to life and to all the contributors in the free world. You are the best and the only alternative. :heart_fire:

Come on today I'm asking you ! I've been using Archlinux for a long time, with a TWM. Two OS really appeal to me, firstly Gentoo and secondly freeBSD.

I would like to know the pros and cons if I took the plunge. Having real opinions will help me, I am especially looking for a passionate system and to find an even freer community.
