It's not a great morning. Sick again, my workout was shit. Tired, stressed. My blood pressure is back up to premedication levels but now WITH medication. My sleep choices are either 1) go to sleep early, have my sleep cut into two or three sections over the course of about 9 hours but feel ok (but not great) or 2) sleep six hours peacefully but have way less energy. I have a dr's appointment tomorrow, but honestly, life doesn't feel worth living right now.

I was feeling pretty stressed out at work. Deadlines upcoming and all that. But I listened to the soundtrack for Gris whole working and I feel so much better. It's crazy how much music can help. I might replay the game this weekend. Listening to the music filled me with hope and DETERMINATION.

I have discovered a new autistic horror. Those company workshops where people have to talk about their values and do group brainstorming. It's a oneway ticket to alienation seeing how out of a phase with others you are with either the form or the foundation of your answers. Add in, trying to ask questions to understand what you're supposed to be doing and the facilitator just repeats the directions again. It's a frustrating and depressing experience.

Tonight I broke down with a friend in tears. I spoke about multiple incidents that, in my eyes, have broken the small community I have tried to create. I felt I had lost the family I had worked so hard to create, feeling I've never really had one. I've had a hard time expressing what I feel but I think she's the first to give me a clue on how to get back on my feet. She showed me all is not lost. Pieces are still there to pick up.
She truly is a good friend.

I have lived through many hard things. I have been dirt poor, which required me to do things I won't detail. I have lived through abuse & mistreatment whose mark will remain. I have lived so many lives, & they must all coexist in this 1 body.

One of the nice things about deleting my to do list is now I don't know what to do which leads to me new things or rediscovering old things. Tonight I went to a bar and played a game of Quill, a letter writing solo rpg set in medieval times.
This time I had to inform a father of his son's death. I scored just enough points to have the "best" ending where he invited me to speak at his son's funeral so I even wrote the little speech Serge gave.

I was getting to many strain-based injuries and decided to take a week off from lifting. I've been focusing on getting better sleep, which means about 10 to 11 hours in bed between reading, sleeping, and waking up every three hours for 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I'm actually catching up on sleep but waking up with mild headaches is drawing it out. Maybe it's caffeine withdraw? I decided to cut down around the same time. Thoughts?
