On y a cru toute la nuit et on a douté que la fin était imminente, la résidente respirait de moins en moins et des respirations de plus en plus courte. Elle a survécu 48h00. 😅

J'ai fait une énorme chute au travail hier dans la nuit, c'était quand même quelque chose, mais je suis retombé dans le poignet cassé. Quelle idée, les personnes ont à laisser de la flotte au sol.

Au boulot, on m'a dit : j'ai trop de travail, donc je ne change les résidents en me demandant d'aller contre une décision IDE marquée en rouge dans les transmissions écrites : logiciel et feuille du soir et par orale. Ca me choque. Je fais 1h15 en plus pour assurer ma mission en étant bloqué à l'unité protégée, bah j'assume mon metier. Et parfois c'est dur, mais tu la choisis. Tu as des valeurs : ne pas changer une personne : c'est lamentable quand c'est volontaire. #vismaviedesoignant
