🌳 Die Häuser entstehen mit 60% Holzbauweise, klimaneutraler Heizung, Solaranlagen und begrünten Fassaden.
Eine genossenschaftliche Struktur sorgt außerdem dafür, dass sich alle Beteiligten demokratisch an Entscheidungen beteiligen können:
