The two artists are a real life couple, and seriously, I've rarely seen that much chemistry from any real-life couple ever before (not mentioning the trust in each other that goes with the performance).

While we're in Japan, most of the artists at Sakura Circus are from South America.

If I understood right, the performers here are part of an Argentinian Malambo Company (and they're staying with the circus for a while)

It seems that a lot of Pixelfed servers are overwhelmed at the moment.

I'm hearing pixelfed.social doesn't accept new accounts for now, and my server gram.social is very slow and returns quite a few error 500 at the moment (I guess I'll wait for tomorrow to upload more pictures)

So, I went back to the circus today. The last time I just took a few pictures, I wanted to look with my own eyes and not through a lens.

This time I took my camera and... 240 pics to sort!!!! (I often shot in burst mode, those acrobats rarely stand still)

So, migrating Pixelfed accounts didn't work (I'm not sure what happened, the admins don't either) but importing my pictures from Instagram did!

(I didn't import them all, as you need to do it by batches of 100 - I assume that nobody will ever see the ones that are more than a few years old anyway)

I waited until no one was in the street and threw a couple of peanuts. I tried to take a picture as she flew down, but I have room to improve (also my camera had the wrong settings, I took bad habits only taking pictures with my phone these past couple of years.)

(I'm about to go out, I hope they're around, especially Mr. Crow, I don't like it when I don't see him for more than 48 hours)

Small #CrowUpdate with pics from yesterday. I saw Ms. Crow both Friday and Saturday but no signs of Mr. Crow (I haven't been out much yet today).

Yesterday the invaders were around just as I got out, but Ms. Crow made her presence known and landed in the park to get peanuts. Except that she didn't stay and flew to a roof nearby to eat them. After eating and seeing me in the street she wanted more but wasn't not sure how to proceed as we were not in the park nor at my house. ⤵️
