We're so back into the "How the heck can I transcode using VA-API" with .mp4 files larger than the original .ts one.

Huh... so suspending my computer and trying to resume it results in a black screen of doom on my Fedora installation.

I searched the internet, found a few recent forum posts telling to boot an older kernel.

I have no idea how to install an older kernel.

I wonder, on #Proxmox 7, is overlayfs-fuse required on the hypervisor in addition to the LXC container ?

I'm looking to run #docker in an unprivileged LXC container for a particular application that is a pain to install manually when following the commands in the Dockerfile.

Inb4 "You shouldn't run Docker in LXC, make a VM for that": Yes I know. I have reasons to do so and you're not going to stop me. Keep that comment for yourself because it won't really help 🙃

Hmmmm… what CI system could I deploy on/with Forgejo ?

That's a good question. While I was initially fine to use the Forgejo's integrated CI and bite the bullet, I have no will to maintain The Golden Image I Will Definitely Forget To Update that would result in using that CI.

I'm not at the stage of writing DOM manipulations in Javascript yet.

That said, I'm pretty happy with how the PHP code and blade templates turned out so far.

As for the UI state changing, I could play with GET parameters. Yes, more full page reloads, but whatever.

Let's try something else on that cursed web interface needing some JS for some drag-n-drop. Plain ol' vanilla JS.

Why ? Cuz I'm straight up not having a good time dealing with big integers in JS bro.

The interface in question is a table with draggable rows. The last row is a form to add a record.
