Today, I organized the CPython sprint as the extension event of PyCon KR 2024: https://2024.pycon.kr
Many people in Korea participated in the sprint, and people submitted around 8 PRs during the sprint :)
I hope people have experienced the joy of contributing to the OSS project.

Yesterday, I upgraded the OS of my laptop from Fedora 40 to Fedora 41 with just one button click. It didn’t have any trouble after the upgrade. Long live Fedora!

The free threading project for the CPython is still in progress. It is not the final output. For example, specialized adaptive interpreter is not ported yet. Someone can say why not merge after everything is done, but that's an unrealistic solution. #Python

CPython Core sprint was held at Meta Bellevue “Spring District” campus on the week of September 23rd, 2024. Many topics were discussed during the core sprint, and I believe that many people at the sprint, including me, enjoyed productive weeks. Thank you to everyone who prepared for this sprint, especially Itamar Oren and Thomas Wouters. Lastly, although Miae Kim didn't participate in this sprint directly, she actively supported my needs while I was at Meta Campus, and it was super helpful.
