1. Със сигурност трябва да намеря нов дом за @mediapool. В идеалния вариант искам да го преместя на mastodon сървър. newsie.social и journa.host не приемат нови записвания. feedsin.space е план Б

2. Със сигурност ще поддържаме masto.bg и сега работим в посока листването му на https://joinmastodon.org/servers, но мислим и за финансова устойчивост. Засега не е проблем да го плащаме ние, но ни е важно да започнем да работим в тази посока

masto.bg и промяната

Покрай бума на Bluesky, usability проблемите на mastodon, и други събития, masto.bg се развива в посока по-различна от желаната от мен:

1. Нямаме приток на нови реални потребители

2. Настоящите потребители са по-скоро пасивни

3. Проектът за съживяване на локалния фийд чрез интересни RSS фийдове мисля, че като цяло работи добре, но @mediapool го доминира.

4. @blago в този момент вижда повече перспектива в Bluesky

Колебая се какво да правя и търся съвети 1/2
