Expecting a lovey dovey modern kdrama using too familiar tropes, with extra sweeteners.

But it starts masculine, with a leading lady used to reach her business- goals in her ways , being interupted.

All in a high-tech atmosphere.

While male out there in real life fighting it out, I understand there are also plenty of women on vital positions in the same field. I guess there could be some accuracy in this drama .🙂

I can not pinpoint any single funniest moment in Family Matters. Because it is a long cascade of funny moments, even with all the gore mixed with it.

Seeing your Irish origin.

I had a long go with Irish/ British legends and mythology. Lived a while in UK , still visit with my wife.

15 years ago I got hooked on Korean drama, specially the "fantasy ".

Korean film knows to handle world's Folklore in a way old Hollywood once could, the British still if they want.

Even nowadays understanding sometimes some Celtic myths better because if that.

Koreans can really act too :)

Still ep.1:

A thing that was noticed by other people as well in newer Kdramas: Putting more steroids in it.

Not just in this drama, it is a trend.

Perhaps needed to reach the masses ?

Extra long zooming in on dramatic faces, long slow shots, explicit , etc.

Even Alchemy Of Souls went further than usually for a Hong Sisters' drama.

In "The Queen Who Crowns" still Ok sofar.

Perhaps it is me being nostalgic for pre-2010 Kdrama-style.
