Anyone into #SelfHosting know a secure web chat solution I could roll on my LAN? It needs to be accessible from a browser to continue chats between house members and use SSO login via OIDC. It would also need to be easy to deploy via official docker (&/ docker-compose) images.
Element and Mattermost are too heavy for what we're looking for: we don't need channels or all those features. The solutions I saw while searching don't seem to provide easy web login via oidc to continue a conversation.

So #YouTube is now blocking me from signing in and watching videos as a Premium subscriber, on a Google Pixel 7 Pro, stock, no root or built in blockers, on the default YouTube app.
If you've been, like me, thinking the War on Ad Block won't affect you if you try to play by their pay rules: oops, it will! As usual, anti-loss, "anti-piracy" strategies will only hurt the paying customers. I'm sure the folks #SelfHosting an alternative YouTube front end are doing well and fine right now.

Does any #SmallWeb or #SelfHosting enthusiast know the easiest way to allow Google login and control what a logged in user sees for a set of given static web assets?
I just want to serve some HTMLs conditionally based on who is logged in and I'm neck deep in configuring a Keycloak realizing it's not a proxy and none of the proxies I can spy check authorization.
Is it really not a canned solution yet to just control authZ without running a cloud's worth of software?

Is there any good way to get #gmail to automatically shut up after work hours on an Android?
Slack has lovely "plz f**k off" settings, yet in ${CURRENT_YEAR} I can't find the setting that lets me live a peaceful evening without my very nice colleagues many timezones away bothering me with crap I'd rather get in the morning.
Hitting snooze all the time takes years off my lifespan as I begin to calculate my response based on the subject line instead of resting when I should be.
Anyone?
