Released: PHP_CodeSniffer 3.11.3

This is a bug fix and maintenance release.

The release addresses a number of potential fixer conflicts and brings performance improvements for the popular Squiz.Functions.FunctionDeclarationArgumentSpacing sniff.

Released: PHP_CodeSniffer 3.11.2

This release brings a bunch of small, incremental improvements to the way sniff documentation is displayed when using the --generator=... option, aside from the usual continuous improvement via a variety of bug fixes.

Today marks the one year anniversary since I took on - and took over - as the maintainer of the PHP_CodeSniffer project.
