This morning I realized I have become too radicalized for some of the ladies in the reproductive rights group chat, one of them left this morning because she was trying to talk about Biden like he saved women and I couldn’t take it.
And I know that pisses some people off here too, but the thing is I fucking love this place because I see posts here that I relate to or learn from and my favorite ones are from people who are far more left than I am. And they’re not going to hate me for not loving neoliberals. Although they may hate me for the reasons I’ve listed above, and I’m really working on that because I don’t want them blocking me. I need them/you in my life.

Hey I don’t know how to properly thank everyone here for being who they are and saying what they say.
I know I probably annoyed the hell out of some of you people because your threads and the replies to them are so interesting and I just want to read everything and then I end up replying to some people and then I realize I’ve probably blown up your notifications.
Sometimes I get interrupted when I am reading and when I come back I think I’m back out on the main feed and I only question it when it seems odd that everyone is talking about the same thing. And at that point I realize you probably hate me and all my notifications.
Sometimes I remember that I can remove your name from the reply and then you don’t have to hear it, but usually I’m expanding on something that you said that they said, or I simply forgot that I can even do this.
And if you haven’t blocked me for that you’re awesome and I appreciate that. I’m trying to be better at using this site. I’ve given up on trying to have a better memory, I do the best I can with that.

These masks are really comfortable, the head strap version is available as well.
These are the ones I wear to the hospital when I’m going to be in the emergency room for 12 hours because they seal really well on my face, the extra padding around the nose is key for me. The only issue is the white ones really do look like a “face diaper” so if you are sensitive to the opinions of others maybe don’t choose the white.

This photo was in a substack I read yesterday. I don’t know when it’s from, but if it’s from yesterday no one will ever be able to tell me that Trump wasn’t with Biden and they didn’t just fascist coup us.
I’m hoping this is AI or Photoshop and this isn’t actually real. I would have done a Google reverse image search on it but I don’t have Google apps on my phone anymore. If it’s fake I’ll take it down, but I doubt it is.

I don’t understand people.
In 2020 to the present I watched people who went to the methadone clinic every day to avoid a week of dope sickness happily catch Covid over and over and over again.
Covid that makes them look like they have dope sickness for a week or more, sometimes they haven’t even recovered from the last round before they go catch it again. Dope sickness doesn’t last that long.
In 2020 to the present I watched people claim they couldn’t call out of work when they catch a contagious disease because they can’t miss a day of pay. Not even one!! Now those same people are advocating to get fired to protect whatever citizens they have deemed more worthy than disabled people.
I suppose it’s possible that in the last couple years they’ve got better jobs and now they can afford to lose their entire job whereas before they couldn’t miss three days of work, but I don’t think that’s what’s happening here.

I wish we had this energy when people were told to go into their office and infect everyone around them. Merely asking people to stay home when they were sick so they don’t destroy anyone else was met with screams of “I have bills to pay fuck your life if you’re not strong enough to handle it you don’t deserve to live!!”
But yeah, definitely lose your job to protect immigrants. I’m not saying you shouldn’t. It’s just gross that this seems reasonable but staying home when you are sick and contagious is a shockingly ridiculous request.
What about the bills these people have to pay??? What about the food they have to put on the table??
