We've known for ages that road salt is terrible for waterways (and for the roads themselves, cars, bikes, boots). When is the city going to do something about it?

Day 1 of rice bucket training. Got the rice, the bucket, followed a 10 minute routine. Weird to get a pump in my hand muscles. Wonder if they'll feel sore tomorrow.

Rice bucket training is moving your hands around in rice to provide resistance. It's a forearm and hand strengthening tool that has been used by martial artists for ages.
