I understand, from the Ruzzian fashist leadership, that it is an act of terror, when Ukraine are sending drones into Russia. But what is the expression for Russian attacks into civilian areas in Ukraine? What do they call the Russian soldiers act of killing wounded Ukrainian soldiers, who has surrendered?
