i think i might do a 'companion piece' to the review talking about the storyline. i have complicated feelings on james (to put it lightly), and it'd be a decent way to talk about the story without 'stepping on the toes' of more established lore hounds.

not implying that 'lol they should also write an article', but rather negative (and downright lazy) criticism ends up being accepted since, if a bunch of popular people get traction for doing so, i can too!

constructive criticism is beneficial since it shows good/better intentions and offers possible insight about the person, too; like their reasoning or how they came to such a view - not just a 'rawr grawr i hate wuk lamat, give me my fucking post boosts now'.

after my article on my post-dawntrail thoughts, I've noticed that people(with FAR too much clout) are pretty poor at criticizing ff14 in ways other than 'this isn't good and i don't like it >:c'. it reads like foot stamping is more popular than wording things out.
