Take a scene from the movie Cube, for example. In that movie, the protagonists decide to get through a room full of sound-activated spikes, which means one single unintended noise can kill the whole squad. The purpose wasn't crystal clear before they committed it, but it made them learn about something after crossing the room. Can we call it a reckless decision turned bravery?

How is bravery different from recklessness? I know some people argue that with "purposefulness vs. consequence," but having a purpose doesn't mean it cancels all consequences and makes something automatically brave.
