I applied for an account on pixelfed.art ~10 days ago, but still haven't heard anything. Do any of you know if this is the normal wait time? I thought they said something like ~48hrs is usual, but could be misremembering.

I certainly don't mind waiting, but I want to make sure my application went through. Also, if you happen to know another instance that might be better suited to me, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Trikle the Stuck stepped in some tar and told Toadberry that he's wearing an immeasurably valuable anklet that he would gift to them if they brought him food. Toadberry knows it's a lie, but brings Trikle food anyway bc they like him.

My partner and I are planning out a short comic around the Sri Lankan ghost story, Mahasona (my partner is from Sri Lanka).

These are a few sketches I did related to that.

We decided Gotaimbara is a good cook - that's not necessarily canon. Also, we weren't sure what Gotaimbara's wife's name was, so we named her "Puthama" after my partner's grandmother.
