The irony of the whole affair, is that if anyone was credibly "inciting violence" it was the news orgs who reassured their leaders that 'something had to be done' or who spent months telling everyone that hospitals were mere terror dens and that those terrified children were just animals unworthy of school, food or potable water and who, even when the evil at hand became unreconcilably apparent, still sought to obscure its source, preserving the silent consent that authorized its continuity.

Imagine if the Biden administration and all of Congress weren't dead set on wiping their ass with international legal statutes over the last year, playing up the bad faith "jurisdictional dispute" racket all while openly threatening financial retribution against the ICC...
Maybe then when Trump openly declares an intent to unlawfully ethnically cleanse Gaza, Palestinians and both their state-based and activist allies would have some recourse to pursue against such lawless declarations.
