It fix 6 hi/critical CVEs (from 5.6 to 9.8)

Thanks to @stefano and its #fedimeteo experiment I realize it was time to rewrite my bus timetable display. moving from perl to ruby, gtk2 to 3 and adding openweather infos for the upcoming hours 😅

Today we finish the selection of the Devroom talks and inform the submitter.

A preliminary version of the schedule is ready, and we have until 15 December to refine it according speakers requests.

And I have to admit, the program rocks !
