shower thought: from fossil evidence we know that old dinosaurs had teeth. However modern day dinosaurs (i.e. birds) have beaks. Why would that be?

Maybe T. rex and friends, once they reached a level of convenience food and continous overdosing of carbohydrates, were just wiped out by a raging caries pandemic ... (or by a cosmic horror sized sugar cube, if you believe in crap like meteorites)

Will humans also develop beaks eventually? provided we survive another million years?

around 15:36 Lorinda Cherry explains pipes and the graphing tools spline and plot.

Yesterday I realized that the GNU plotutils replicate those exact commands. So type up some datasets, fire up your tektronix emulating xterm and plot your graphs in true UNIX fashion 🤓

Wer möchte das Restaurationsprojekt "Klein Erna" übernehmen? Es handelt sich um ein 1920 gebautes Ewerboot, welches später zum Segeln umgerüstet wurde.

Leider fehlt uns die Zeit, und der Raum, um das Projekt abzuschließen. Wäre schön, wenn das kleine Boot doch eines Tages wieder Segelt. Bitte weitersagen und boosten!
