Wenn du negative Gedanken hast:
Wie kommst du wieder raus? Nicht indemdepressiongliche versuchst, sie zu verdrängen, sondern indem du dich ihnen nackt stellst. Nur wenn du dich deinen Negativen Emotionen stellte und sie bewusst wahrnimmst ohne sie weghaben zu wollen, nur dann kann deine Psyche diese bewältigen und sie abhaken.
Sich einfach nicht zu wehren und so zu tun als ob man nichts machen könne ist eine Lüge. Man ist seinen Emotionen und Gefühlen nicht hilflos ausgesetzt.
Negative Gedanken sind wie Dementoren in Harry Potter, die dir wenn du dich nicht aktiv wehrst dir langsam jede Lebensenergie und Positivität aus dir saugen bis sie dich küssen und du stirbst. Du wehrst dich indem du Negativität mit Posizivität bekämpfst. Gegen Dementoren hilft der Patronus Zauber, ein sehr schwierig zu lernender Zauber der zwangsläufig mit vielen Missglückten Versuchen verbunden ist.
Man erinnert sich aktiv an die schönste Erinnerung seines Lebens und stellte sich diese vor. Die blendende Helligkeit der Positiven Energie vertreibt die Dementoren.
Genau so funktioniert es.
Du musst immer wieder dich zwingen an positive Dinge zu denken. Auch in kleinen Dingen positives zu sehen.
Es gibt immer etwas gutes, man will es nur nicht sehen.
Du hast es in der Hand, es ist alleine deine Verantwortung, nur du kannst dir helfen.
Es ist so einfach !
