NYT is writing ridiculous headlines about water shortages fighting the Palisades fire. LA is NOT out of water. They just didn't design the infrastructure to support running this many hydrants at once and they can't support the output rate.

This is an infrastructure failure, not an environmental or resource lack.

The details were actually reported by the NYT but you have to really search for them in the main story on the fires.

Almost all are above their historical average.
