La verdad es que mola mucho ver el informe #Draghi saliendo paso a lentooo paso en la agenda institucional #UE cuando se tiene al menos una comprensión básica de los pilares estructurales principales, de los cuales las interconexiones energéticas son no. 1. Pero creo que es en lo que más he cambiado de opinión desde que llegué a Mastodon: la implicación ciudadana. Hazlo de la forma más tecnocrática posible, nena, hay cosas que nunca deben basarse en las vibras.
