Does anyone know a framework which I can use to build a website that will list a number of items (nonprofit academic journals).

I would like users to be able to filter and sort this list by various attributes, have trusted users modify attributes (e.g. cost, fields, etc), and have users be able to to comment on their experience with these journals.

Nothing is for sale. I'd rather not start from scratch. Pointers appreciated. Thanks

I used #vim since 2003 and loved it. A few extensions for NeoVim (firenvim in particular) made me finally switch to NeoVim. Love both #vim and #neovim big thank you to developers of both projects.
