"The court even caught the Bar lying."

Real_RobN@X: Sidney Katherine Powell VINDICATED on all accounts by the Texas Court of Appeals.

After three fucken years of litigation, in a 24-page ruling by the Texas Court of Appeals, the court rules Texas Bar miserably failed to prove Sidney Powell acted in “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in the four lawsuits she filed against the overthrow of the United States government on Nov 3, 2020.

The court even caught the Bar lying,

A: “By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response,”

B: “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits.”

C: “The Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents — the documents are not mentioned at all.”

D: “You have to be a damn fool, and abjectly stupid not to see what happened here.” The opinion added.

Sidney Katherine Powell was an Assistant United States Attorney in three judicial districts under 9 United States Attorneys from both political parties. She represented the United States in 350 criminal appeals, and represented private parties in another 150, all resulting in more than 180 published decisions. She was the youngest Assistant U.S. Attorney when she began practicing. She is an elected member of the American Law Institute, and the past president of the Bar Association for the Fifth Federal Circuit and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.

Exposing corruption in one of the most powerful and corrupt law enforcement agency on the planet, the U.S. Department of Justice,

Licensed to Lie is a book she prayed she would never have to write.

The left wants self defense to be illegal in general—but especially when a white person does it in the case of a non-white perpetrator.

Either it's valid to base official gender on the self-identification of others, or it isn't. You can't have it both ways.

The left weaponizes emotional extortion, excommunication, censorship and deplatforming.

They have no actual arguments that can withstand scrutiny and criticism, so they have no other options. They hide in their "safe spaces" and echo-chambers because they can't emotionally deal with messages that trigger their cognitive dissonance.

FBI brass ‘stunned’ and ‘shell shocked’ over Trump reelection

FTA: FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Director Paul Abbate have little chance of remaining at the bureau by the time Mr. Trump is sworn into office, sources say.

FBI employees also recall when Mr. Trump fired former FBI Director James Comey in 2017, five months after the president was sworn in.

“It’s a countdown for Wray because [people here] don’t think he will stay to get fired after what Trump did to Comey,” the first source said. “Trump will say, ’Yeah, fire his ass. Don’t let him take the plane home,’” a reference to Mr. Comey finding out about his termination while flying to California on the bureau’s airplane.

Mr. Trump appointed Mr. Wray as FBI director in 2017 after firing Mr. Comey. The director’s term is for 10 years, but serving a full term depends on gaining the confidence of the president.

Others on the 7th floor of the FBI are so concerned about their own jobs that they are likely to flood the Washington, D.C., private security job market, sources say.

According to most of the sources, no one in the FBI at a GS-14 level or higher is safe from losing their job after Mr. Trump is sworn in, and they fully expect the president-elect to “smash the place to pieces when he gets in,” and that it will be a “bloodbath.”

Former FBI whistleblower George Hill told The Washington Times that people in the agency say the current state of the FBI is “frazzled.”

“I have friends still at the Bureau telling me that no less than 50 Senior Executives (SES) are scrambling to retire ASAP,” he said.
