I really don’t understand the purpose of warm sleeveless clothes. You can’t wear them when it’s hot, can’t wear them when it’s cold because it's uncomfortable in any weather. You either feel too warm or too cold, so what's the point?

I was going to apply for permanent residence in a European country this year, but thanks to one person who forgot to tell us about one little thing that was very important, my documents were rejected, and four years and thousands of euros are basically wasted. I know people make mistakes, but that's certainly not something you should tell someone who was affected by your, as you say little mistake, and expect it to excuse you man. Congratulations, it did the oposit. Now I'm even more angry.

There just has to be some kind of material for canes that doesn’t get painfully cold in winter.

Here’s also a little guide on how you can help a blind person get somewhere, making the process more productive for both of you. Of course, any help is usually better than none, but there are situations, like the one I mentioned in my last post, that can make the experience uncomfortable for both you and the person you’re helping. So, if anyone cares:
The first thing you should do is ask. I know this is obvious, but many people skip this step, which isn't very helpful. Sometimes you might unintentionally disorient the person, or they might just be having a bad day and know exactly what they are doing. In such cases, it’s better to just leave them alone.
If you get a positive answer, ask them which side would be more convenient for them to have you stand on. Most people have a dominant hand, which is usually the hand a blind person holds their cane in. If you stand on that side, they’ll need to switch hands, which can make them less confident during the walk and may lead to issues like damaging their cane, stumbling, or even falling.
Once you know which side they prefer, you can also ask how they prefer to walk. The most common and correct method is for them to hold your arm just above your elbo while you stand one step ahead. This way, they can feel when you're going up or down or when you’re turning. However, people have different preferences, and it’s important to discuss these beforehand. Just like you might feel uncomfortable with someone holding your elbow, taking someone’s hand is actually the least correct method. They won’t be able to tell where you're going, and you might end up pulling them. But again, some people may find it the most convenient, so it’s better to talk it out.
Last but not least, pay attention to stairs, curbs, hills, or other changes in the path and warn them about these approximately one step before reaching them to avoid any unfortunate accidents.
Thanks to everyone who read this and took it into consideration. This isn't written with any negative intent, your help is really appreciated, and these tips will just make the experience more pleasant and productive for everyone involved.
Eddit: thanks @x0
Addendum. Unless they specifically ask you to for whatever reason, do not hold them by the shoulders from behind and steer them! This is compromising to the person's balance, misaligned walking paces can cause them to walk faster than they can comfortably keep, and puts them directly in the path to trip on things. Which, if you're compromising their balance, is far more likely than otherwise.

There is something I want sighted people to understand about blind people. If you see a blind person heading toward a wall, tree, bench, or any other object they might bump into and potentially get injured, it doesn’t necessarily mean you should immediately try to pull them out of the way. It's completely natural to feel concerned, but a better approach would be to just warn them and ask if they need help. While there are times when it's actually needed, it might also be that they are going toward a landmark they use for orientation, and as unfortunate as it is, you might unintentionally get them confused and disorientated. I often purposely look for such objects to better remember the route, and not all places are accessible enough for me to be able to get back on track if I take a wrong turn. Your help and concern are really appreciated a lot, but sometimes things are different from how they seem, and that's why it's always better to ask first.

Is there a way to send files through Telegram on iOS? I know they have huge accessibility issues, but I used to be able to do that without help from a sighted person. Now it seems completely impossible, or at least I can't find a way.
