Puuuh, diese Woche war auf mehreren Ebenen sehr anstrengend. Was mir geholfen hat, an den Abenden zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Kopf etwas zu leeren, war mein neues kleines #Hobby: #CrossStitch

Einfach unheimlich entspannend. Dazu noch einen Podcast laufen lassen. 👌🏼

Angefangen habe ich erstmal mit einem einfachen Pattern. Als nächstes dann etwas größeres und mehrfarbiges.

Heute war es fast soweit. Um ein Haar hätte ich die 10K in unter 60min abgerissen.

Aber ich schaffe das noch. Spätestens am 22. März zum AOK PLUS Frühjahrslauf hier in Leipzig wird es passieren. #Versprochen ✊

Getting ready for a little #bikepacking #adventure.

The #Tailfin #AeroPack has been quite a pricey upgrade, but I wouldn't want to miss it anymore.

It's going to be the last trip for my #WTB Raddlers (44mm) which definitely show their mileage and have had a mysterious puncture each that I did not quite get to the bottom of.

They'll be replaced with a pair of #Specialized Pathfinder Pro (42mm).

Looking forward to #nature, being alone, enjoying the #silence, letting my thoughts roam freely.
