Yay, @coderefinery talk at #RSECon24 done.
It was fun, and I am happy to report that it really becomes more natural to present about the project when doing it more often. Still stressful and far beyond my comfort zone but every time it gets a tiny bit easier to step out there. I shortened the presentation quite drastically, but was still short on time. Condensing advice highly appreciated, I feel like I talked too fast already 🫣

[#]RSECon24 starting out with a reminder of the pacman rule: When talking to others during the conference always leave a gap in the circle for new people to join the conversation. Thank you! This is one of the many reasons that makes this conference a wonderful experience <3

This weekends arrival to #RSECon24 has been quite the adventure. Flight to Edinburgh arrived exactly a little bit too late to reach the last train/bus to the East on Saturday. So I rented a car for a day (only a huge SUV available), and used the ride to explore Berwick upon Tweed, Bamburgh and more. Some streets seemed a bit too small for that ship of a car, but I still made it to Newcastle yesterday evening.
Presentation slides are now prepared and I
am excited for the conference to start!
