I was ~30 when I discovered that soft cheese is amazing. I was over 40 when I found out brussel sprouts are really tasty. I wonder what the future holds!

Ran out of hot sauce, and the new one still fermenting, so made a quick “fix” out of leftover #habaneros, bell peppers and #garlic. Just simmered for a while and then pressed through a strainer.
