Da ich eine #Umsatzsteuer|erklärung machen muss, bin ich auch #Vorsteuerabzug|berechtigt. Die Rückzahlung ist ja auch Brutto und daher kann ich die enthaltene #Vorsteuer anmelden, oder? Mich lässt etwas nicht mehr los. Heute morgen bin ich beim Laufen an einem jungen Mann vorbei gelaufen, der auf einer Bank lag. Es war mit -2°C recht kalt und durch die Feuchtigkeit der Mosel gefühlt deutlich kälter. Ich sprach ihn an und er antwortete auch, war aber anscheinend sehr betrunken und sah sehr schlimm aus. Windy and rainy, but quite warm at 12°. So perfect running weather 🤩. There's something really honest about running across the fields in these conditions.😅😉 Not 21 km like last Saturday, but with a few climbs. Fun! 🌧💨🏃

Very foggy. But the blue sky shone through. Nice for #running. 😃 In #Leudelange, even the forest paths are cleared of leaves. 😅 There is a fun run at the weekend and it makes sense because older walkers also take part. And in #Luxembourg there is simply the money for something like that. 😉

We're doing this corporate challenge in EMEA IT at the moment to go in sum a specific distance together. So I planned for 14km today. After 7km I had this #ForrestGump thing. At 10.5km I didn't want to risk anything and turned. And for the first time since years I had a #runnersHigh at km 14 clearly visible at the pace. 😅 The last 2km were a bit hard, but still OK. Absolutely dream weather at 0° with oxygen-saturated air. On the way back in the woods I tripped over a molehill, but luckily landed gently in the leaves. Note to self: frozen molehills are hard and won't give.😅

The path along the Moselle is flooded at the moment, which was a good opportunity to run across the fields again. As there are a few climbs, I was a little worried about my hip. But it was OK. -1° but no wind, so no problem. Really enjoyed it. @damianlehmann Still haven't learned anything about teh right clothing.

Today I had to run during my lunch break. But I left later so the changing room was empty and already cleaned. Good plan! I could play in the mud a bit today. 😅 At 1° C my wet feet were like ice cubes after a while. But nothing that a hot shower can fix. 👍

I wanted to try to go running during my lunch break today, but the changing rooms in the office were completely overcrowded and dirty. The January runners don't understand taking off their dirty and wet shoes before going inside.
But the evening atmosphere on the river was great. The Moselle is also flooded. Because it is dammed, it normally flows very calmly. When it is flooded, it becomes wilder and you can hear it flowing. With 5°C still not too cold. A really nice run. 😃

Very easy 10 km as the first run of the year. A little rainy, but at 9°C it was pretty warm (too warm for Jan). My hips have been quiet for the last 2 weeks. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.
It was training with some kind of extra weight. I'm starting to doubt whether cake is really the right runners nutrition. But that's probably unfounded, right @Lee6?

It's been over 1700 km #running this year. A little more than last year, but far away from the 3000 km I once had per year. However, they no longer have to be there. If I can keep it up for the next few years, then I'll definitely be happy. Happy New Year to all #RunnersOfMastodon and all other #Fedinauts.

[#]SilentSunday and actually silent Moselle. This week a cargo ship rammed and severely damaged a gate at a ship lock on the Moselle. The Moselle will therefore remain closed to shipping for months. This will probably have significant economic consequences.
Nothing has changed with my hips. Longer sitting is still not that good. Let's see.

I was actually able to go 1 week and 2 days without running. It really wasn't possible without it. But I really behaved and ran slowly. 😅🏃👍 Then another 15 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of Blackroll.

My right hip has been causing problems for a few weeks now. However, only after standing or sitting for a while. Walking, stairs, cycling, cross trainers and running are all possible without pain. So I'll be running a little less in the near future and, above all, slower. After stretching I am pain free. I'll try to get a doctor's appointment.
To put up with the frustration, I had chicken kebab from the grill today. 😅
