I don't know how to state this because I am still emotionally upset and distraught. I don't know if I will ever get over it.

My elderly and very sick dog experienced a botched euthanasia last Tuesday.

He knew exactly what was happening and tried to bite the veterinarian right before the final shot. That was absolutely not a peaceful death.

It was very traumatic for him. The vet seemed inexperienced and collapsed his veins the final shot. I'm sorry but I can't make any sense of all this.
