My mom asked me over iMessage where I’d wanna live if not SF, and I told her Japan 1 Taiwan 2 over iMessage without looking anything else up. Now I’m getting real estate ads for apartments in Japan on insta.

Been buying stuff in HuaQiangBei for people for an upcoming video. This 1 meter long Thunderbolt 4 cable I found in Shenzhen is 120rmb or $16.44usd. It’s got some Chinese controller but is “Intel certified”. Closest direct comp on Amazon is $40.

Just saw the most unhinged usage of iPhone on the HK subway. New looking latest gen iPhone mini (no physical home button). Opens assistive touch only to use the home button there instead of swiping up. Then pulls down control center, turns brightness all the way down, and immediately locks it. Then immediately unlocks phone, while on lock screen turns up brightness, then unlocks phone by swiping up normally. Help
