The forest trails were somehow both icy and muddy today, which lead to some amusing dance numbers from yours truly, as I tried to keep the balance. Michael Jackson would be impressed. :)
And the higher I got, the thicker the #fog was, with the top of the hill being like inside a ping-pong ball.

I just realized that there is a certain #running route that I have used for years, but I've only ever run it in one direction.
So, today, in just a few minutes, I'm going to run it in the opposite direction. Wish me luck, hopefully I won't get lost! 😆

I hate it when a clueless know-it-all comes into a tech support channel or forum asking about an issue they're having, and insists on doing things in the most wrong, convoluted and difficult way possible because of their incorrect knowledge, even though several people trip over themselves trying to helpfully guide them out of the maze this person created for themselves.
There has to be a term for this, but I'm drawing a blank.

Today's #trailrun, bit of a "nothing-weather", or "everything-weather", depending on how you want to look at it. A bit of sun, lots of clouds, some wind, and up higher, a few scattered snowflakes in the air.

The winter seems to be upon us. As it was snowing for the first time here today, I decided to go for a midday insteadoflunch #run, to enjoy the snow while it was still fresh. Amazing conditions for a nice #trailrun.

Today I treated myself to a #trailrun through unfamiliar terrain. #Autumn forest is beautiful right now.
On the other hand, I took a wrong turn and had to backtrack two or three times, since many paths are covered in dry leaves so much, it's easy to miss your turn, especially when running on unmarked trails. :)
Bus to the town of #Stupava, and from there past Pajštún castle ruins, then zig-zagging through assorted forest trails south back towards #Bratislava.

[#]Autumn seems to be in full swing, hiding forest paths beneath the fallen leaves.
Also, it rained yesterday, and it's warm today, so mushrooms are growing like crazy. I saw like thirty of decent edible specimens while #running, so someone deliberately foraging for them could probably feed a village tonight. :)
