I blogged on @medium about #DreamlightValley earlier this year, although the lack of Black representation is not the primary reason I ultimately quit playing and canceled my #DisneyPlus subscription. It was because of disgust with #Disney lawyers (details on that in the blog to come).

My #NintendoSwitch2024 Year in Review is slightly more surprising than my Steam replay. I hadn't realized I played so much #PuyoPuyoTetris2, as I prefer Tetris Effect. I think I slowed down on the latter because of issues with lag and crashes.

[#]SuikaGame was highly addictive for awhile, but I think I'm over it. For now...

I don't play #DreamlightValley anymore as I'm divesting from #Disney products in general; will blog about that at some point.

No surprises in my 2024 #SteamReplay. I made and kept (so far) a New Year's Resolution not to buy any new games this year, but a friend of a friend gifted me #Balatro, which ended up being highly addictive. With the death of #TeriGarr today, every main cast member of the amazingly excellent film #YoungFrankenstein has now dearly departed. Though its co-writer and director, Mel Brooks, is still alive and kicking at 98 years young!

ETA: Gene Hackman is also still alive (age 94) but he was only in one scene.

I wore a mask as I usually (still) do at medical facilities, and there was a "Masks recommended" sign at the front desk. But neither the receptionists nor med techs were wearing any. Wondering how many people still are at this point.
