No more #print media in French Polynesia, except for one local newspaper and a few local magazines. The only distributer in the vast area, #Hachette Polynésie, has stopped bringing print products from French or international #media at the beginning of the year. It was not a profitable venture, and the government didn't want to subsidize it.

Some 10% of men are "colour blind" in some form, most often red or green insensitive. Did you know that #GIMP has a display filter to simulate #colour #vision deficiency? It is a big help for #design .

Go to the View menu, pick "Display Filters", then add the "Colour Deficient Vision" filter.

Wow, Chicago has a 9% tax for using software as a service, #cloud services, etc. Now the Mayor wants to raise it to 11%.

I wonder how many residents report their #tax owing correctly? Do all the #Windows and #MSOffice subscribers in #Chicago pay their "Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax" properly?

[#]RIP Big Brother Awards Austria. Zwei Dutzend mal, bis 2022, hat der Verein Quintessenz die ärgsten Feinde des #Datenschutz ' an den Pranger gestellt. Doch das Format wurde alt.
