GOOD news:

Docklands library rocks. Spent the afternoon playing table tennis there with friends and kids and it was great. They have a recording studio and musical instruments too! I think it's the best library in #Melbourne

BAD news:

Some bastard spray painted my car overnight. This is fifth time it's been vandalised. Previously it's been vomited on, someone's tried to force open the fuel cap and steal petrol, and fog lights have been stolen twice. :( It feels like people have it in for me.

Tried to return books to the library but it was closed and the return box was locked. Guess they don’t want them back for Xmas anyway. Cashed in my cans and bottles and spent the proceeds on newspapers. Bought some fancy German beer from Aldi. Now waiting for friends to arrive for “traditional” Japanese Xmas Eve KFC 😂

Walked past a fig tree in the yard of an old unit block. All the figs were falling off it and rotting on the ground. Should’ve picked what was left on the tree but I was in the middle of delivering Amazon and I worried someone would complain that I was stealing. I love figs.

The new remastered version of “Brave Words” by #TheChills is great. I always loved the album but the original version lacked oomph. New version has more guitars and bass in the mix and a bit less reverb or something. #indiepop #music
