New Vanilla OS release is live! 🎉 Updated all packages to latest Sid, fixed a critical abroot bug, added new translations, and minor fixes. GNOME Online Accounts now work for Firefox & Microsoft users (more improvements coming with GNOME 47). Get it via VSO or manually!

Why do I have to set timezone and keyboard in both the installer and the first setup?

The answer is: OEM.

Why not make a non-OEM mode?

The answer is: Because after over a year of development we thought it would be better to postpone that to a later time.
