PROPOSAL: Combine #Kansas and #Nebraska and divide the region east/west politically instead of the current north/south. Let Hwy. 81 / I-135 be the border. Everyone would be happier with their representation and have their needs better addressed.

I have seen a few references to "good faith" today in regards to conversations and bargaining. I don't know the etymology of that phrase, but it seems that the popular usage only means "agree with me." Because if the other side doesn't agree with you it's "not good faith?"
