With this milestone, I think it's time to admit that #Warframe is my favorite game. You see, previously if you asked me this question I would have instantly answered #Burnout3takedown instead.

Additionally, I don't necessarily equate playtime to value, since there's a difference between addiction and enjoyment, so in my eyes it's perfectly justified for someone to leave a negative review on a game they have hundreds of hours in.

But like, I genuinely enjoy the game after all these hours.

The ending of the #TeamFortress2 comic is the sweetest, most wholesome thing that I think I've seen in years.

Feels like getting a warm embrace from a loved one you haven't seen in years after like a decade of not even being touched by anyone, you just don't know what to do with that softness so tears just start coming out.

Like, I can't remember the last time I've seen a happy ending for characters I actually care about. Usually stuff just gets elongated into perpetuity or a dark ending.

The #videogames industry (mostly the AAA scene) needs a Kitchen Nightmares like show where someone with high prestige and knowledge goes to dev studios.

In that familiar lonely, hungry and bored stupor, I picked up a can of beans and had the random thought of "This is the perfect size, weight, and shape to really accurately throw and hurt someone in self defense."

Then I thought "Hang on a second, is that why they call it 'Getting beaned'? They put beans in ammo too, what is it with beans hurting when contained in something"

Whole thing played out like a BJ Blazkowicz inner monologue from the Wolfenstein reboot which gave me a light chuckle.

Oh god, why is #SEGA delisting the Sega Mega Drive and Dreamcast games from steam

This means hugely important games like Phantasy Star, Sonic Adventure DX, and Jet Set Radio are going to be delisted from steam. The fuck is the matter with the #videogames industry? #stopkillinggames

We need a ChadCat type channel for tech news or at least just #linux #steamdeck news tbh.

[#]Valve will say a singular sentence like "We're working on a Steam Deck 2 but only gonna release it when technology improves substantially enough" and like 50 different fuckin channels will type a clickbait title like "VALVE ANNOUNCES NEW HARDWARE" like we ain't already privy to it through data mining.

Real news would be having a release date instead of valve saying "It's coming but we don't know when."

"Actually it's okay to fuck your wallet because muh inflation" - Geoff Keighley on the PS5 Pro, comparing consoles that had disc drives and full backwards compatibility to the new monstrosity that only exists because Sony got cocky after Xbox blasted their own foot off and Nintendo is too busy DMCAing labors of love for their work that they wanna charge $70 for till the heat death of the universe.

I always get so angry at the "muh inflation" argument, it lacks important context every time.
