I'm considering editing my robots.txt file to mention a subdirectory that explicitly says "no robots allowed" and only install nepenthese ( https://www.404media.co/email/7a39d947-4a4a-42bc-bbcf-3379f112c999/?ref=daily-stories-newsletter ) in that directory so only disrespectful crawlers will access it.

Might see how I can tweak the code, or make something myself so it'd be harder to fingerprint and avoid by crawlers.

For privacy, I have responded via DM to a few of the questions here. I have recieved Good feedback, I have gotten 6 confirmed people who have filled out the form, and a few more saying they will soon. The gofundme helps as well. It goes towards making their lives more manageable until we get a donor. So consider the gofundme as well, if the idea of surgery for a stranger is a bit much (I don't blame you!)

Community building is the opposite of fascism. Talk to your neighbor. Be jovial and find commonalities with people. If someone is having a tough time, listen to them and see if you can help. Have a few weeks of food stored just in case there's a short emergency, so you can share. Get a generator to help when power goes out. Get chlorine tablets to help everyone get potable water if need be. Get a ham radio and learn how to use it. If fascists come for anyone in your community, fight them
