Arbeitsrecht Frage: Der Arbeitnehmer trägt das Wegerisiko, muss pünktlich auch bei eingeschränkt fahrenden Verkehrsmitteln zur Arbeit erscheinen. Edge Case: wie sieht es aus, wenn sich der Arbeitnehmer für den Weg zu seiner Arbeitsstelle der Verkehrsmittel des Arbeitgebers bedient, also der Arbeitgeber das dadurch eingetretene Wegerisiko letztlich selbst verursacht hat?
