I got a bottle of Lao Gan Ma Chili oil with Minced Pork from a colleague who had received it from a Chinese colleague.
I'm not used to the idea of bottled meat and I can't shake the feeling that eating it will end badly no matter how tasty.
Presumably millions of people eat this daily with no I'll effects.
How long can I keep it in the fridge?
