would recommend as a present to anyone who's curious about mending: it doesn't require special skills (if you can thread a needle, you can use it), it's not expensive but also not so cheap as to make you as the gift-giver look greedy, and it's something that both keeps clothes serving longer and gives the recipient some nice time (mending >>> doomscrolling).

I'm still learning to use it to the fullest, but darning loom is my new favorite toy for mending all the small holes. I think I need a longer needle though to improve the experience even more.
