I don't know why but when exploring the BSD world I always thought that FreeBSD is easy and approachable and OpenBSD is only for the experts

After installing OpenBSD on my laptop a month ago I feel that OpenBSD is so simple and easy! People shouldn't be afraid of OpenBSD #puffy #openbsd

To the FreeBSD people around here:

I managed to install FreeBSD on my VPS and create jails using Bastille to migrate my previous docker services , but I still struggle with PF and Bastille VNET.

I wanted to run Tailscale from inside a jail but I feel my gap in network knowledge is too big to put everything together. Do you have any material that I could learn more about?

In tech, how do u find nice companies to work for? How do u create connection with a company mission in a way that makes you happy to collaborate and spend your energy on? Do u simply ignore the "bad signals"?

I have many years of XP in tech as EM/Tech leader and in the last couple of years I have been struggling a lot to find motivation and purpose.

I struggle dealing with upper mngmt, I struggle trying to believe that my work has a positive impact..

What are the alternatives?
