@rimugu @rbreich So the answer to the first part of the question is likely 0, but as for known to the FBI:
- how are the mass shooters getting away with mass shootings if the FBI knows of the person in question? That seems to call into question the validity of gathering information on possible suspects if they don't take any action to stop them.
