Since Ronald Reagan fired PATCO employees on August 5, 1981 the FAA has never been properly staffed. You can’t fire a whole bunch of (11,345) qualified, trained air traffic controllers and expect to replace them overnight. It is one of the most stressful jobs. Secretary Pete Buttigieg had them on the way to being fully staffed until tfg put a hold on all hiring shortly after his inauguration on January 20, 2025. Takes 4-8 yrs to become an ATC.

I did make a couple of mistakes in previous posts. The people that were being rescued were in Yemen and Nigeria, not Iran. There were three hostages in Yemen and Kash Patel went to the Wall Street Journal and talked about it before they were rescued and the other American was kidnapped from his home in Nigeria, not Iran. Kash Patel lied and said Pompeo told him the airspace was cleared for the United States to fly over. Pompeo said it was a lie that he never talked to Patel.

1)just had a very interesting conversation with a woman in #SenLindseyGraham‘s office who told me that the people at the IRS and the people at Social Security that say they’re working from home absolutely or not, they’re sitting at home doing nothing and she has to take all the calls because nobody’s getting Answers when they call the IRS or Social Security. She said that she doesn’t have time to read project 2025 because she’s too busy doing the work of the lazy WFH IRS and SS employees.

Wow, Rachel Maddow just brought back to my attention, Curtis Yarvin & his RAGE plan, which means ‘retire all government employees’. They all got an email this morning offering them a retirement package that would give them severance till Sept. I’m starting to think that the OMB’s froze funding today to take our attention away from this email and their further attempt, as Curtis says, “install a CEO who would be a dictator. Americans need to get over their dictator phobia”. Holy Mackerel! #uspol
