This sucks. I can't eat most vegetables and almost all fruits. But one food I could eat was Rosarita traditional refried beans because the process breaks down beans to be digestable. Recently stores ran out for several weeks and my supply ran short. The supply came back, but Rosarita changed the recipe. It made the beans bland, tastes flat, and has terrible consistency. Plus the price increased. I've tried other brands before with no luck for better refried beans. Scratch Rosarita off my food list.

When they regain majority in the Senate in midterm election, democrats need an LBJ leader, someone who's not afraid of any politician, including Trump and his cronies. Some like LBJ who was known for his direct, confrontational style to get things done. Democrats will need a younger, strong leadership team. No one over 65-70. Time for generational change. No more old timers. Yeah, wishful thinking two years from now.

I bought a 11" (2022) iPad Pro last March. Today the charger that came with it died. I tried different AC power cords, USB-C cables. Nothing. I tried an old charger from my 9.7" (2017) iPad Pro with USB to USB-C cable and it works. The new charger doesn't get warm when plugged in. New charger will have to wait.

Watched an interview with Rachel Maddow where she made an interesting point. In swing states where vote results show Biden as the potential winner, local republican election officials and state election republican officials will refuse to certify the results. They'll say they can't be certain of the vote counts. This will throw election into courts to order certifying results as required, but Trump and republicans will file lawsuits to stop certification. We could have an election courts will decide the winner. Trump wants chaos to declare himself the winner. Keep popcorn ready.
