It's amazing how much Django's templating system has extended to other languages and frameworks. Just found this today https://keats.github.io/tera/. So much has changed about building websites in the last 15 years, but this style of templating, at least, has remained consistent, and people keep coming back to it.

Poking at some old side projects this morning while the kids are otherwise occupied, and it's an accidental retrospective on Python setups:

• Stuff from more than a year ago uses pipenv

• Last year was mostly poetry

• Now trying uv

How will I run my #Python projects next year?
